BAY does not encourage, facilitate, or support counterfeit trading or illegal activity of any kind and will cooperate with lawful investigations relating to misuse of our information.
NO-REFUND POLICY — LEGAL BASIS
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not provided once access or delivery has occurred. Digital content cannot be returned, revoked, or “un-consumed” after delivery.
By completing a purchase, customers explicitly consent to:

Subjective dissatisfaction, lack of results, or unmet expectations do not qualify.
CHARGEBACK PREVENTION AND CONSEQUENCES
Customers agree to attempt resolution directly with BAY before initiating any chargeback.
Improper chargebacks may result in:

Loss of access to all BAY services

Reporting to payment processors and platform partners

Legal recovery of damages where applicable
Chargeback abuse is treated as a serious violation of our terms.
FRAUD PREVENTION MEASURES
